We are pleased to advise that Campus&Co. Central Office has now formalised a service agreement with Co-operative Supermarkets Australia (CSA). Importantly, CSA will deliver value across a number of areas of our business, including:
Supplier negotiations
Supplier promotions
Supplier rebates
Cost of Doing Business opportunities, including waste, packaging, consumables, and EFTPOS.
Category solutions
Job lots
Collaboration
Payment to CSA (for the suppliers) will be taken by Direct Debit.

How does this all work? Here is a step-by-step process:
Campus&Co. HO and CSA will agree on a supplier transition date
Once agreed this date will be communicated to all stores and the supplier.
All invoices received from the supplier BEFORE THE TRANSITION DATE will be paid by the store to the supplier, as per normal
All invoices received ON/AFTER the agreed date will be paid by the store to CSA – the supplier invoices will be provided with delivery with clear reference to your purchase order details. For any missing invoices, CSA will provide a copy on request.
The store will pay CSA
CSA will finalise payment with the supplier.
With regards to rebates & Weekly Statements:
CSA will claim rebates on behalf of all stores from the supplier and will pass the rebate to stores in a form of a credit on each store’s monthly statement.
CSA will provide weekly statements to all stores for all onboarded CSA suppliers.
Direct Debit payment is processed on a weekly basis for invoices due.
For Fresh Suppliers, invoice payable 7 – 14 days End of the Week
Non-Fresh Suppliers, invoices are due 28 days End of the Week.
CSA oversees all supplier pricing and promotional negotiations.
CSA guarantees the supplier payment from a single source; it is CSA's responsibility to be paid from all Campus&Co. stores at the agreed trading terms date to enable this payment commitment.
